  • Boosting cash flow: keep your cash constantly flowing by regularly tracking income and expenses, following up on unpaid invoices, cutting unnecessary expenses, and maintaining a clear picture of your business’s financial health

  • Monitoring inventory: track inventory in real time, stock more of what sells quickly, and avoid overstocking items that tie up cash. For new products, start with small quantities, test demand, and restock accordingly. Know your profit margins per product. If something isn’t profitable, stop selling it

  • Saving for Emergencies: set aside 5–10% of your monthly profit as an emergency fund. This ensures you’re prepared for unexpected expenses without disrupting the cash flow needed for daily business operations
